Capsinol Mild Formula is a natural nasal spray based on red pepper.
The spicy feeling of the pepper lasts a few seconds and decreases (with habit) with regular use. The effect of the capsaicin does not decrease, it is actually constructive.
We therefore recommend using the nasal spray for a longer period of time, at least 2 weeks, three times a day for good results.
This Mild Formula is often experienced as more pleasant by the novice Capsinol user, because the intensity of the pepper is less strong than with the Original Formula.
The Mild Formula also contains feverfew. This formula is not suitable during pregnancy and lactation, due to the addition of feverfew.
Ingredients
Sodium Chloride (1.1%), Xylitol (1.1%), Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Tincture, Capsicum Annuum Tincture (with capsaicin), Feverfew, Potassium Sorbate (preservative).

The Mild formula works great for me! And I think it is spicy enough, but I didn’t try the original formula.
